I build web apps and run the servers they live on.

Full-stack developer & team lead. Most freelancers hand you code; I hand you a product that's deployed, secured, and stays online. React & Node.js on the front, Nginx & cloud infrastructure underneath.

This page is served from a cloud VM I provisioned, secured and deployed end-to-end DNS, Nginx and SSL included. (Try dragging the terminal, or the traffic lights they work.)

Three ways I can help

For agencies that need a dependable extra pair of hands, and for businesses that want their product built and launched not just a folder of code.

BUILD

Full-stack development

Web apps, dashboards, and admin panels built with modern JavaScript clean, responsive, and ready for real users.

  • React · Next.js
  • Node.js · NestJS · MySQL
  • Tailwind · MUI · D3.js
DEPLOY

Hosting & deployment

The part most developers avoid. I take your app from localhost to a live, secured domain on your cloud or mine.

  • Nginx · SSL · DNS setup
  • Azure · Oracle · AWS
  • PM2 · CI-ready workflows
MAINTAIN

Rescue & maintenance

Inherited a project from a developer who vanished? I diagnose, fix, and keep it running backed by a monthly retainer.

  • Bug fixes & performance
  • Server monitoring & backups
  • SSL renewals · uptime care

A few things I've built and shipped from enterprise SaaS and data systems to full cloud deployments.

Industrial SaaS platform

Cephei Infotech · Full-stack + Architecture

Architected the backend for a large-scale industrial SaaS product from the ground up and independently authored ~70% of the codebase 70k+ lines handling core business logic, validation, and system rules. Built the data-driven dashboards on top of it and stayed the primary technical contact for 4–5 enterprise clients daily.

Enterprise data & reporting dashboards

Same SaaS · Team Lead, UI/UX & Data

Same platform this side covers the data layer and client-facing experience. Designed and built color-coded status dashboards across 15 modules, owned the UI/UX decisions, optimized every query path, and coordinated five internal teams to keep live client data current. Handled all client communication end-to-end as the technical point of contact.

Cloud infrastructure, from zero

Solo · Infrastructure

Provisioned a complete production environment on Oracle Cloud: Ubuntu VM, managed MySQL inside a VCN, custom route tables, VPC subnetting, layered network security (security lists, NSGs, IAM), firewalls, SSH-tunneled database access, DNS configuration, Nginx reverse proxy and SSL. The site you're on right now runs on it.

Personal finance tracker

Solo · Full-stack build

A full expense-tracking application with a React (Radix UI + Tailwind CSS) frontend and NestJS + Prisma backend on managed MySQL, deployed to a cloud VM behind Nginx. Built to be fast, private, and self-hosted and to sharpen the exact deployment skills clients pay for.

SmartCart online grocery store

Solo · E-commerce build

A full e-commerce platform with API integration and a complete authentication & authorization system cart, wishlist, checkout, order history and user profiles. Built to practice end-to-end commerce flows on a modern Angular + Node stack.

Dynamic configuration engine

Cephei Infotech · Full-stack · One-day architecture

Built the config admin dashboard the full frontend + backend that turns the first SaaS project into a true config-driven product. Clients reshape forms, validation rules, workflows and access without code changes or redeploys. What used to be a developer ticket and a release became a setting an admin toggles, cutting turnaround from days to minutes. The architecture was designed in a single day and shipped as the admin layer of the platform.

Problems I've solved

The work that doesn't show up in a screenshot making things faster, lighter, and able to run themselves. This is where most of my time goes, and where it pays off.

PDF

Pixel-perfect PDF reporting at scale

Built a reliable reporting pipeline that turns live dashboard data into clean, branded, multi-page PDF reports tables, charts and color-coded status, laid out exactly like the on-screen view. Replaced a fragile manual export with a one-click generator clients now run every week.

// Puppeteer · headless Chromium · server-side render
↓ load

Page loads cut down hard

Took heavy data-driven dashboards from sluggish to instant query tuning, indexed lookups, paginated and cached API responses, lazy-loaded charts, and trimmed bundles. Screens that took seconds to paint now feel immediate even on large datasets.

// query tuning · caching · code-split · React Query
↓ CPU

Server load brought under control

Diagnosed and fixed the things that quietly eat a VM N+1 queries, unbounded loops, memory leaks and runaway report jobs. Moved heavy work off the request path, tuned Nginx and PM2, and kept multiple client environments stable on modest hardware.

// profiling · async jobs · Nginx + PM2 tuning
⚙ config

Code changes turned into settings

Designed a configuration-driven core so client-specific rules, forms and workflows live in data, not in code. New requirements that used to mean a developer, a PR and a release now ship as an admin toggle fewer deploys, faster turnaround, fewer regressions.

// config-driven architecture · zero-redeploy changes

From first message to live

No black box. You always know what's happening, what it costs, and what comes next. Here's the path every project follows.

01 · SCOPE

Free scoping call

We talk through what you're building or what's broken. You get an honest take on scope, timeline and a fixed quote within 24 hours.

02 · BUILD

Build in the open

Work ships in small, reviewable chunks with a staging link you can click through. Weekly written updates, no surprises.

03 · DEPLOY

Launch & secure

I take it live on a real domain Nginx, SSL, DNS, monitoring. "Done" means deployed and reachable, not zipped on your desktop.

04 · KEEP

Stay running

Optional retainer for uptime, backups, SSL renewals and small changes. You're never locked in everything is documented and handed over.

[ ok ] about

About me

I'm Tushar a full-stack developer and team lead based in Ahmedabad, India, with a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology. Day to day I lead a team of five, manage enterprise client relationships, and own projects from the first requirement to the final deployment.

What sets me apart is simple: I don't stop at the code. I've configured the DNS, issued the SSL certificates, written the Nginx configs, and provisioned the cloud networking for everything I ship including this site. When you hire me, "done" means live, secure, and monitored.

I work comfortably across the whole JavaScript ecosystem React, Next.js, Vue, Angular on the front; Node, Express, NestJS and Prisma on the back and I'm just as at home owning a 70k-line backend as I am standing up the server it runs on.

I'm direct in communication, honest about timelines, and I document what I build so you're never locked in to me though most clients stay anyway. Available for freelance, part-time and fully-remote work.
